Client Request

The client approached us with a request to develop a corporate website that complies with all legislative requirements and aligns with the fund's corporate identity. The main requirements included:

• Creating a light, fast, and user-friendly interface.

• Ensuring the website reflects the corporate identity with an emphasis on agricultural themes.

• Providing an easy way to browse and interact with content.

• Integrating corporate email for internal communication.

Our Solution

We started with a thorough analysis of the legislative requirements and the client’s wishes. Based on this, we formulated a clear project plan and aligned it with the fund.

Design and Identity

The main task was to create a website that conveys the agricultural theme and the spirit of the organization. We chose green as the accent color, symbolizing environmental friendliness and reliability, and added soft rounded elements to the design to make the website user-friendly.

• Color Scheme: Dominant green with natural shades.

• Identity: Visual elements that emphasize the agricultural theme.

• User-Friendly Design: Simple navigation and ease of content perception.

Development and Technologies

For the website development, we used Laravel CMS Voyager, which provided high flexibility and adaptability for content management. This allowed us to create a lightweight and fast website that met the client’s requirements for speed and convenience.

• Infrastructure: Initially, the site was deployed on the AWS platform to ensure stability and security.

• Frontend: Minimalist and intuitive, offering quick access to core functions and information.

Additional Services

• Corporate Email Setup: We integrated corporate email to ensure effective internal communication within the organization.

• Infrastructure Transfer: After initial deployment on AWS, at the client's request, we successfully migrated the website to Ukrainian hosting to comply with financial residency requirements in Ukraine. This included full code migration and AWS shutdown after the transfer.

Results

The result of our work was a lightweight and aesthetically pleasing website that perfectly meets the client's needs and style. The client received a fully functional website that complies with corporate standards and requirements, with the ability for easy maintenance and future upgrades.
